Curriculum Night

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

Curriculum Night will be Wednesday this week. Check your student’s black folder for this pink flyer!

Grades have been updated 🙂 If your student has a low grade for an assignment it means they are missing part of the assignment, or chose not to do it. Please talk with your student about their choices.

In Math Reteach we will be reviewing GCF and Distributive Property….

Our new Math standard is converting between fractions, decimals, percents, and ratios!

A playlist of 15 videos explaining what we are going to learn in 4 days!

Rap about our new Math subject if you are short on time

In Reading we are studying the same standards from last week….Reading Informational text in order to summarize the theme without stating an opinion, and analyzing the series of events, characters, illustrations. Encourage your students to read, read, read, read, read, and read. The best way to become a better reader is to READ 🙂

If you are looking to motivate your student, designate a family hang out time for reading in the evening. You can lay on the couch, the bed, or sit on the patio together; and read separately while hanging out together for about 20-30 minutes. I appreciate your support!
