For Challenge 7, we had a list of sites to visit and explore. It was fun because even though my class is not blogging, 5th grade math teacher is, so we got to explore these site in her class too. This is the website that is called On this site you can make a bunch of different things. I made just a bunch of mountains.

I thought also that Fantastic Contraption was fun also. It involves science in it. Here is a Screenr video on a level on Fantastic Contraption.

      Dear Mr. Mannell,

I have a really good idea for Challenge #8, but it will take a lot of work and I have a busy week with soccer. So, I hope to finish before Challenge 9, but might not.

    Dear Ethan,

I completely understand the problems with time. As a mentor, I see my job is to only drop in and see how each student is going. Time is an issue for a number of my students. That you have a good idea for Challenge #8 doesn’t surprise considering how much effort I can see goes into your blog.

Time is always an issue for me also. As I’ve retired from full time teaching, I no longer have a class but I am kept busy making CDs and DVDs for schools and community groups. I’ve been booked out for the rest of the year so I have to squeeze as much as I can into the time I have.

    Ross Mannell 🙂
